Not a surprise to anyone here... This may make short term business sense but could hurt long term profitability. For the customer in the short run... Definitely not good news.

One interesting thing to note is that Greektown is revamping their program. I truly believe the Greektown is poised to capture significant marketshare in the market. With their $99 hotel rates and prime location, any positive revisions to the rewards program could go a loooooonnng way.
